Returns and Exchanges

Purchases made at www.mimmic.com may be returned for refund 30 days from ship date, in new, unused condition. If you wish to exchange your item, we will be billing your credit card for the new merchandise and refunding your credit card for the returned item as soon as we receive it. For refund delays, please refer to our refund delay section outlined below.
Sales items cannot be returned. Any merchandise purchased in Mimmic outlet stores is returnable only to the Outlet Stores.
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be refunded under any condition.

Cancellations

In the event that you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of making your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped out, shipping fees shall not be reimbursed and a re-stocking fee of $16 will apply.

Gift returns

If you have received a gift which is not to your liking and you would like to exchange it, please send us an email and we will gladly send you an item of your choice for the same, or less value instead. Your credit card, or the card of the original purchaser will not be debited. Please note that if the replacement item of your choice is of a lower value, the difference in price will not be refunded. Once received in new, unused condition, with all tags attached we will send the item(s) of your choice to you. If you have received a set, please be sure to include all items that were originally included, otherwise we cannot proceed with the exchange. For hygienic reasons, gift returns do not apply for earrings.

Essential information we need from you

In your email to us you must indicate the following:

- Your name;

- Your billing address;

- Your order number; in case of a gift, please ask the generous person for this number, without it we cannot process your request.

- The reason you wish to return your item.



Finding your order number

We cannot process a refund without the order number. To get your order number, you can either log into your account and select your order history, or you can refer to the email confirmation that was sent to you when you purchased your item. In case of exchanging a gift, please ask the generous person for this number, without it we cannot not process your request.

International Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or (gift) exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international returns.

Packaging

Ship your return/exchange items in a padded envelope or box. You will be responsible for shipping the package in your preferred method. It is not necessary to include gift boxing. We highly recommend requesting a delivery confirmation so you know we have received your package. If we do not receive the product, we cannot issue a refund!

We recommend that items are returned to us via USPS, UPS or FEDEX to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. If you wish to return the purchased item through an alternative carrier, please note that we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

Once your return has been dropped off at a mail facility of your choice, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email after the return has been processed.

Once received in new, unused condition, with all tags attached we will refund your credit card the value of the returned item(s) minus the cost of initially shipping it to you. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged shipment, contact our shipping department and a return label will be sent to you. Once we have received the damaged item(s) and it is clear the damage is indeed transport related, we will replace it. If we believe that the above criteria are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Claims for damage must be received within 1 week of shipping date.

If you have purchased a set, please be sure to include all items that were originally included, otherwise we cannot proceed with the refund. We go ahead with the replacement once the items are received and inspected. Shipping costs to return damaged, defective or wrong products will be refunded once the returned item has been thoroughly inspected.

International Damage Claims

Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international damage claims.

Refund Delays

The refund process may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution; the delays our out of our control. In the event that you are experiencing a longer than usual delay please notify us at returns@mimmic.com, and we will assist you in the best possible way.

You will be credited according to your original method of payment. For all other refunds or exchanges, shipping fees shall not be reimbursed and shall be charged at your expense.
